Points will be uploaded on monthly basis as per purchase details shared by assigned distributors.
Any dispute can be raised by clicking on DISPUTE button and submitting required documents for dispute.
Any dispute can be raised within 10 days of point upload.
All fields mentioned in claim form are mandatory. Account will remain inactive in case of missing details.
Point details can be seen in My Purchase History under My Account.
Point statement will be sent to registered email address every month. It can also be seen in My Purchase History.
Redemption catalogue is available on My Rewards Section.
Vouchers will be delivered within 24 hrs of redemption & products will be delivered within 21 working days.
